What does On-site Manager mean?
"On-site" manager means that an employee, usually the Store Manager, has an apartment on-site as part of the facility. An on-site manager increases the security of the facility since there is someone there during non-business hours.

Do you offer RV / Boat / Car / Motorcycle parking?
South Pacific Warehouses offers parking for RVs, Boats, Cars and Motorcycles. Please contact us to confirm availability.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5 x 10, to 10 x 20, and many sizes inbetween. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our Storage Managers, they are trained to assist you and can also show you any of the sized units you might require.

Can I change my storage unit to a different size after I have already moved in?
If the unit size you want is available, then yes you can move into another unit. Please discuss your storage needs with the property manager, as they will be able to assist you in that transition.

What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.

What should I do if I forgot my access code or lost the key to my lock?
Please contact the office immediately and we will be pleased to assist you.

What payments methods do we accept?
We have flexible payment options available. We accept Cash, Checks and Money Orders. Please contact our manager for details or to make payment arrangements.

What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
Office hours are when there is a manger in the office. Gate Hours are when your personal security code will open the gate to the property.

What are the hours I am able to access my unit?
South Pacific Warehouses is open 7 days a week.
The Gate is open 06:00 am - 8:00 pm everyday of the year; holidays included!
